Healthy Changes in Diet & Exercise
I’ve been making changes to my diet the past couple of months eating more protein like yogurt, protein shakes and bars and getting rid of bread, sugar, desserts, ice cream, processed foods (like frozen pizzas) and all fast food. I also gave up coffee and soda. Meanwhile, I have been going to the gym three or four times a week doing some treadmill, bicycle and light weights. I feel good, have been getting a better night’s sleep and have lost 15 pounds. Still a way to go to reach my goals, but I want to keep doing this to extend my life and have a healthier, more enjoyable life.
